Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy:

To reserve an initial appointment, a 50% deposit of the total booking cost is required. This deposit is non-refundable, as it secures dedicated time reserved exclusively for you. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is kindly requested for any cancellations or rescheduling for both new and returning patients. Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee of 50% of the total booking cost.
